  • TERMS and CONDITIONS

    1. Delivery and Freight Charges

    • Rhino Stillages are delivered to most suburbs within Melbourne Metro from $79. Additional freight charges may apply to other Australian capital cities. We will contact you prior to shipping your order. Please contact us to confirm the final delivery cost.
    • Rhino Stillages will not dispatch Goods to PO box addresses.

    2. Unloading Requirements

    • A forklift or fork stacker is required to unload the Goods. If there is no forklift available, extra charges may apply for hand or tailgate unloading.

    3. Pick-Up and Delivery Hours

    • Pick-up from the factory and deliveries are available during business hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Services are not available on weekends, public holidays, or outside usual business hours.
    4. Incorrect Address and Re-Delivery
    • Rhino Stillages reserves the right not to pick up items delivered to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery to a different address, due to originally provided incorrect information, will incur extra charges. All changes to customer details must be made 3 business days prior to dispatch. If no one is on-site when the courier first attempts delivery, extra charges will apply, and these charges will be passed on to the customer.
    5. Delivery Timeliness
    • Rhino Stillages strives to ensure that all goods are delivered promptly and in a timely manner. However, shipping and other factors beyond our control may sometimes result in delays. Rhino Stillages does not accept liability for loss or damage suffered due to such delays.
    • The estimated date of dispatch will be emailed to the Customer’s nominated email address. This date is reasonably estimated by Rhino Stillages and may be subject to change with notice given. Customers will be notified of any delays in scheduled dispatch via email or phone at the contact details provided in their Order.
    6. Title and Risk
    • Title and risk in the Goods pass to the customer upon accepting delivery of the Goods.
    7. Authority to Deliver Without Signature
    • Where a customer provides written authority for an item to be delivered without a signature, any included insurance cover will be voided. Rhino Stillages or the carrier will not be held responsible if the goods go missing.
    8. Responsibility for Delivery Times
    • Rhino Stillages is not responsible for the delivery times of Goods. Once Goods have been dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with Rhino Stillages regarding the delivery date and to ensure availability to take delivery within the timeframe set out by Rhino Stillages. Any information provided by Rhino Stillages is done so in good faith and does not guarantee the accuracy of such information.

    9. In-Transit Damages

    • Rhino Stillages relinquishes responsibility for in-transit damages if the customer chooses to collect their goods or have their goods collected by an alternative courier/carrier. Any in-transit damages are the responsibility of the Customer once the goods are dispatched from any Rhino Stillages premises.
